We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Community Manager to join the AI Automation Society team.
The main focus of this role will be supporting the day-to-day member experience inside AIS+, while also helping with Certification (CAIC) and, as needed, the broader AIS community.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates naturally, takes ownership, follows up, and makes sure members feel supported.
The role will include things like:
- Member support and communication
- Community monitoring and follow-ups
- Onboarding support
- Member feedback and recurring community operations
Experience in community management, customer success, or support is a strong advantage.
We’re also looking for someone who can fully commit to this full-time role and wants to grow with the AIS team long-term.
The role begins with a 30-day paid full-time trial.
